Keeping track of all aspects of your projects has never been easier! The ERA allows you to search for your transactions by employee, job, branch, type, date or period. So whether you are a large conglomerate with hundreds of clients or a small local business you can specify exactly what information you need to see in the transaction grid.

Selecting Transactions

The Transaction Search Criteria dialog box, shown on the right, provides an exhaustive range of criteria options spread over 4 different tabs:

  • General: Select transactions based on date, period, match date and/or status, category or client.

  • Jobs: Select transations based on the jobs that they belong to, either from a specific list or from a range of job codes.

  • Employees: Select transctions based on the director, manager or employee responsible for them.

  • Branches: Select transactions based on their associated branch and/or their job's associated branch.

Using all these criteria options you are able to view exactly the transaction information you need.


Viewing Transactions

Once you click OK the transactions selected by the criteria will be retrieved from the database and displayed in a fully customisable, ERA display grid. You can now review your criteria to change the transactions dislayed or export the grid to .xls format (for use in Microsoft Excel). Alternatively you could use the search results to generate and print a comprehensive job report.
