Job Reports
For quick and efficient information on a job the ERA has pre-written reports to give you all the information you need on one or more jobs.
Report Criteria
Simply select a pre-written report from the report menu and choose the appropriate criteria (Jobs, Employees, Branches etc.) in exactly the same way criteria is selected for viewing transactions. The report will be then compiled and displayed on screen.
Printing the Report
Once you click OK the report will be created based on the selected criteria and displayed, on screen, in a print preview screen. The report can then be printed, saved in .rtf format, saved in .pdf format or emailed as a .pdf attachment.
