Job Notes
In the ever-changing, fast-paced world of business a job or project can go through numerous revisions and adjustments over the course of it's lifetime. The ERA provides the flexibility to deal with this with the facility of Job Notes.
Every job within the ERA can have multiple notes attached to it providing additional information and progress updates as required. A note can be short and concise or as long and detailed as necessary.
The notes themselves are entered via a rich text editor, shown on the right, which gives you full control over font type, size, colour and style, meaning you can highlight important parts of the note to make them stand out.
You can also group related notes together by creating job note categories and then assigning the notes to them. There is no limit to the number of notes you can attach to a job or the number of categories you can create.
Displaying a job's notes
Each job has an Exended notes tab that will display all notes attached to the job, grouped by the note's category. Clicking on the title of a note from within it's categories box on the left displays the note in the panel on the left.
